ARCYSMETALS uses mechanical shredding process where end of life metals are shredded and crushed into fine sizing. Magnetic separation, vibration screens, and multiple sieving techniques separate the non-ferrous metals from other residues. This process ensures zero waste, eco-friendly recycling and contributes to zero losses of critical metals.
We are equally focused on in-house R&D along with evaluating existing technologies and processes to enhance our diversified metal portfolio.
We process and recycle all internal waste streams like end-of-life metals, dross, slime and mining tailings in an environmentally efficient and cost effective manner, with zero waste to landfill.
We harness AI, Robotics and advanced sensor integration for smart manufacturing to open avenues to more granular sorting, increased plant transparency, new revenue streams and meeting and exceeding recycling and metal recovery targets.
